Capacity at the hall is 150 persons. 150 people leaves not much room for dancing so should be adjusted. Capacity in upper lounge is 50 but 40 max is what works.

Our kitchen catering menu is either attached or available on request. Catering request must be confirmed 14 days in advance.
NOTE: Self catering, outside catering or potluck must show up fully self contained including dishes and cutlery etc. Fridge space may be available but general kitchen usage is not permitted.
Bartender and bar requested, time? UNLESS SPECIFIED BY ELKS 45 19+ age applies. NOTE: Outside liquor is strictly prohibited. Event cancellation or termination will result if outside liquor is brought into the premises. Bartender requests will be filled by an Elks bartender
Minors, under 19, attending Elks 45 food catered events with bar must leave by 8PM. Solely pot luck events do not qualify for bar opening if minors in attendance.
Hourly rentals are $50/hr. Upper lounge subject to minimum two hour bookings with no bar, food or setup.
$50.00 per hour payable at time of booking. Main hall meeting rentals are subject to four hour minimum bookings. Band events, dances, evening parties etc are subject to full day rental rate.
Full day/night main hall rentals are $400 Sun-Thurs, $500 Friday or Saturday. 50% deposit required. Bartender included if requested.
Hourly rentals require full pmt when booked. GST must be added to all rent paid.
INCLUSIONS: Full day or hourly rentals include tables, chairs and tablecloths as requested. Bartender if requested. A cordless microphone is available. Limited weekend hourly rental available.
EXTRAS: LED projector with screen setup $50.00, Coffee tea water cart for non-catered events $50.00, Bartender for hourly rental events $50.00, TABLECLOTHS $10.00 per tablecloth (laundry cost recovery, estimate one tablecloth per 6 attendees)
Decorating Rules: Ask us if custom hooks etc need to be attached and we may assist. Only existing ceiling hooks are to be used, no new hooks are to be installed.
Thumbtacks, staples etc must only be placed in panelling lines. No tape, nails or screws are allowed for attaching decorations No confetti, glitter or wax is allowed on the premises
